What the guarantee actually covers

• Your money back. A refund, not a credit note.
• Or a different size. Size is the most common reason a piece goes back. Swap it for the one that fits.
• Thirty days from arrival. The clock starts when it reaches you, not when you place the order.
• No reason required. You don't have to justify it. "It wasn't for me" is a complete answer.

How the thirty days work

This isn't a try-on window. It's a wearing window.

Day 0 — It arrives

Try it on properly. Not over a bra — instead of one. Put a shirt on over the top and look in a mirror.

Days 1–30 — Live in it

Wear it to work. Sleep in it if you want to. Wash it. A garment you can't wash and wear isn't tested, it's just tried on.

Day 30 — Keep it, or tell us

If it earned its place in your drawer, that's the whole point. If it didn't, email contact@blotime.com and we'll sort it.

Two ways this ends

If the size is wrong

Tell us which size you have and which you need. Most returns are a size apart, not a change of heart — and a swap gets you the thing you wanted in the first place.

If it's just not for you

Some things don't suit some people, and that's a fair outcome. Ask for the refund and we'll process it against our Return & Refund Policy.

Why we can offer this

Every piece we sell does one job: it replaces the bra you'd otherwise have worn underneath. That's either true for your body or it isn't, and you can't find out from a photograph. So the only fair test is a real one, at home, over enough days that the novelty wears off.

Can I wash it and still return it?

Yes. We'd rather you washed it — a built-in bra that loses its shape in the machine is exactly the kind of thing you should find out inside thirty days.

What if I ordered two sizes to compare?

That's a sensible way to buy. Keep the one that fits and return the other under the guarantee.
