Blotime cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Use of AI-Generated Content
The documents generated by Blotime's AI are based on the information you provide and pre-defined templates. While we strive for accuracy, you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the content of any documents generated through the Service before use. Blotime is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the generated content, nor for any consequences arising from the use of such content.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- To impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- To generate documents containing false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
- To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Blotime and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Blotime.
7. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Service may be available only through a paid subscription. If you choose to subscribe, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

In no event shall Blotime, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
